Staidear Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our website – studyhome.ie. Our Privacy Statement sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us and our commitment under the Data Protections Act 1988 – 2018.
This website uses the secure payment system Stripe for all our payments – Stripe. Our products are priced in Euro.
When you book through www.studyhome.ie, you will receive a confirmation email advising you that we have received your order and it is being processed.
When you place your order, you will receive three emails –
- to let you know that we have received your order and confirm payment
- to let you know that your order has been processed
All services are subject to availability. Our display of the services on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those services to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your services.
If services that you order are not available, subject to delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order.

While we endeavor to ensure that www.studyhome.ie is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to www.studyhome.ie may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
The services provided by the site do not include the provision of computer or other necessary equipment to access the site. To use this site you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunications links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur.

You may retrieve and display the content of the site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. - disseminating any material that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience
- posting any material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant law, regulations or code of practice.
- you may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking)

Staidear Ltd reserves the right to refuse to post material on the site or to remove material already posted on the site.
You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgement by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlement sums.
This legal notice and terms and conditions of use and all issues regarding this Website shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
1: Please note that acceptance into Supervised Study will be subject to all applicants satisfactorily completing the application process and agreeing to or terms and conditions.
2: The Study Home Management reserve the right to withdraw the offer of a place in study at any stage during or following the application process.
3: Payment can be made in 2 ways: 6th/5th year students. Pay week by week at €45 per week or pay in 5 instalments, €300 in January, €150 in February, €150 in March, €150 in April and €100 in May. 1st/2nd/3rd year students. Pay a week by week at €25 per week or pay in 5 instalments, €150 in January, €70 in February, €70 in March, 70 in April and €70 in May.
3.1 A Non-Refundable Booking Deposit of €50 is payable upon acceptance into study.
(Monthly and weekly fees include Supervised Study during Mid Term Breaks, Christmas and Easter holidays).
3.2 5TH and 6th year students are eligible to study full hours as per above study schedule. 1st/2nd/3rd year students must choose one of 2 study slots.(Time slot 1) Mon-Thursday 4.30pm to 6.30pm, Friday 2.00-4.15pm, Saturday 10.15am to 12.30pm. (Time slot 2) Mon-Thursday 7.00pm to 9.00pm, Friday 4.45pm to 7.00pm, Saturday 1.00pm to 3.15pm.
4: Monthly Fees must be paid within one week of fee notification. Weekly Fees are paid in advance of each term. Failure to pay on time will result in immediate loss of place in Study.
5: Students are not permitted to smoke in the business environs.
6: Students are expected to have due regard for the local residents and not engage in, initiate or support loud or aggressive behaviour of any description that could be construed as disruptive or destructive.
7.It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify Study home management if for any reason a student is not attending for study.
8.Attendance records are kept and Parents/Guardians will be notified upon request if a student does not attend study.
9. Students are required to dress and behave appropriately in the study home environs. The dress code is School Uniform or Smart Casual. The wearing of shorts is strictly forbidden.
10. Students are expected at all times to abide by the Study Hall Rules,
11.1 No Food Permitted
11.2 No Snacks Permitted
11.3 No Soft Drinks Permitted
11.4 Keep Your Study Area Clean and Tidy and free of discarded paper, pencil parings etc.
12. Students are expected to maintain the toilets in a clean and sanitary condition. Please report to reception if the Toilet lacks toilet paper, liquid soap or hand towels.
1: Please note that acceptance into a Grind is subject to all our application forms being satisfactorily completed and code of conduct being accepted.
2: The Grind Fee must be paid in advance of the grind. If you attend without your fee you will not be admitted to the grind. There will be no exceptions to this.
3: In the event you fail to attend your scheduled grind you will automatically lose your place in that grind and, if applicable, that grind will be cancelled. There will be no exceptions to this.
4: Grind Fees cover grinds during Term Time only. Grinds during Mid Term Breaks, Christmas or Easter holidays are paid for separately.
5: Study Home management reserves the right to dismiss a student for inappropriate behaviour of any description in the business environs.
6: Students are required to dress and behave appropriately in the environs. The wearing of shorts is not permitted.
7: Students are not permitted to smoke in the building environs.
8: Students are expected to have due regard for the local residents and not engage in, initiate or support misbehaviour of any description that could be construed as disruptive or destructive.
9. Study Home applies a charge of €45 for one to one grinds an applies a charge of €25.00/hr for a group grind.
